Functional Training

Functional training uses basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying, walking and running, etc.,. It aids with strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility as well.

POP Pilates

POP Pilates® is an incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched.

Zumba

Zumba is an Exercise programs which involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hopsocasambasalsamerengue and mambo.

HIIT

A type of High Intensity Interval Training with a Short recovery period. This 30minutes Training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

TRX

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
